Our esteemed guests for this event are set to inspire:

Fatih Tura - Amsterdam-based film editor, has made his mark with exceptional contributions to an array of award-winning short films. He also received the prestigious Gouden Kalf Award in 2023 for Best Editing, with "Kiddo," directed by Zara Dwinger.

Ozcan Vardar – the editor of, "Beyond The Hill," which secured numerous awards at international film festivals. In 2022, he co-edited "Burning Days," another compelling work by Emin Alper, and achieved the prestigious European Film Award for Best Editing at the 2022 European Film Awards.

This event will be a lively dialogue where our guests will share their approaches, discuss the editing techniques, and reveal critical decisions that have shaped their careers . It's an opportunity to engage with them, and be a part of the conversation.

We also invite film artists to submit their in-progress or completed work, with a maximum duration of 8 minutes, to showcase their work and receive feedback from the editors. To submit your work or for more information, please reach out to us at maca@loads.amsterdam.
